摘要
文中在测算低碳约束下一带一路中国境内17省份的物流效率时,采用非期望产出、非径向、非角度的SBM-DEA模型,改变以往将非期望产出二氧化碳作为投入指标的做法,还原真实的生产过程。研究发现区域物流效率总体水平较低,而且地区差异性较大,东部沿海省份的物流效率明显高于内陆和东三省的物流效率;为探究制约物流效率的发展因素,文中又构建物流效率影响因素SEM分析模型,发现外部经济条件对物流效率制约最大,其次是物流基础设施建设和物流资源利用率。
This paper use SBM-DEA model with undesirable output,non-radial,non-angle based on low carbon constraint in 2005-2014 to calculate the logistics efficiency of One Belt One Road along the territory of the region. The results show level of overall logistics efficiency is lower and large regional differences. Logistics efficiency in the eastern coastal provinces is significantly higher than logistics efficiency in the inland and Northeast China. To inquiry the factor of development of logistics efficiency,this paper set up SEM analysis model of the factors of logistics efficiency. The result shows the biggest constraint of logistics efficiency is external economic conditions,followed by the construction of logistics infrastructure and logistics resources utilization.
