摘要
目的:使用中文版照护过程测量表-20(MPOC-20)研究在以家庭为中心服务(FCS)实践中小儿脑瘫父母对服务提供的满意程度;运用健康调查简表(SF-36)评价小儿脑瘫父母生活质量。方法:2015年6月选取在吉林市儿童医院和佳木斯大学附属第三医院接受康复训练的83名脑瘫孩子及其父母为脑瘫组研究对象,吉林市中心医院儿科住院的52名孩子及其父母为疾病组研究对象,吉林星光幼儿园57名孩子及其父母为正常组研究对象,使用SF-36评价父母的生活质量;脑瘫组65名孩子的父母使用MPOC-20评价在过去的一年FCS提供的服务。结果:通过过去一年的FCS实践,MPOC-20差异有统计学意义(P=0.000),SF-36中的生理职能、一般健康状况、精力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康以及生活质量总分方面三组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经过一年的FCS实践,患儿父母对专业人员提供服务的满意度提高。小儿脑瘫康复长期而艰苦,脑瘫父母生活质量有待提高。
Objective To study the satisfaction of parents of children with cerebral palsy（CP）with service provision in the family-centred service（FCS）practice using Chinese Measure of Processes of Care 20（MPOC-20）,and to assess the quality of life of parents of children with CP using the MOS 36-item short form health survey（SF-36）.Methods A total of 83 children with CP and their parents from Jilin Child Hospital and Third Affiliated Hospital of Jiamusi University were enrolled in CP group,52 children and their parents from Jilin Center Hospital in disease group,57 children and their parents from Jilin Xingguang kindergarten in normal group in June 2015.Quality of life of the parents was investigated with SF-36.Sixty-five parents of children with CP evaluated service provision in FCS practice of the past year using MPOC-20.Results MPOC-20 revealed a statistically significant difference with one year of FCS practice（P=0.000）.There were statistically significant differences in physical function,general health condition,vitality,social functioning,emotional role,mental health and scores of quality of life with SF-36 survey among the three groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusions Parents of children with CP show increased satisfaction with service delivered by professionals in one year of FCS practice.Rehabilitation of children with CP is long and hard.The quality of life of parents of children with CP needs to improve.
