摘要
目的探讨肺炎支原体DNA(MP DNA)检测结果对儿童肺炎的早期诊断价值。方法采用实时荧光定量PCR技术对本院957例门诊和住院患儿的呼吸道分泌物、痰液和血清的临床标本进行MP-DNA的定量检测。结果 MPDNA检测总阳性率为11.08%;男性和女性阳性率分别为9.12%和14.25%,女性明显高于男性,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.512,P〈0.05)。3岁~组阳性率最高,为15.04%(20/133),其次是6岁~14岁组阳性率为13.24%(47/355);夏季阳性率最高,为15.69%,其次是春季为11.89%。结论 3岁~组的儿童易感染肺炎支原体,且春、夏季节高发,加强MP-DNA的检测,有助于临床早期诊断和治疗,对预防肺外并发症有重要的临床意义。
Objective To explore the early diagnostic value of mycoplasma pneumoniae DNA( MP DNA) testing results on pneumonia in children. Methods Respiratory tract secretions,sputum and serum samples from 957 outpatient and inpatient children were conducted for the quantitative detection of MP DNA using real time fluorescence quantitation polymerase chain reaction( FQ- PCR). Results Total positive rate of MP DNA was 11. 08%. The positive rates of male and female samples were9. 12% and 14. 25% respectively. Women were significantly higher than men,and the difference was statistically significant( χ^2= 5. 512,P〈0. 05). The positive rate in children aged more than 3 accounted for 15. 04%,followed by that of 6- 14 year old group( 13. 54%); the positive rate in the summer was the highest,accounted for 15. 69%,followed by that of spring( 11. 89%). Conclusion Children aged more than 3 were more susceptible to MP,especially in spring and summer. We should strengthen the detection of MP DNA,which helps clinical early diagnosis and treatment. It has important clinical significance to prevent pulmonary complications.
