摘要
植物病原菌会分泌与寄主植物相互作用的效应分子(蛋白),这些效应分子在病原菌与寄主植物相互作用过程中起着重要作用。针对植物病原真菌效应分子功能及其作用机理的研究将有助于更好地了解植物病原真菌与寄主植物相互作用的分子机制,为植物真菌病害的防治提供新的思路与策略。本文章对植物病原真菌效应分子的研究进展进行了综述,并重点阐述了病原真菌与寄主植物相互作用的理论基础、真菌效应分子的转运及其功能机制等方面的最新发现。最后,对真菌效应分子未来值得重点关注的研究方向进行了探讨。
Effectors (proteins) secreted by plant pathogens play a vital role in the interaction of pathogens with their host plants. Researches on the effectors of phytopathogenic fungi will led to a better understanding of the molecular mechanisms of the interactions between phytopathogenic fungi and their host plants, and will provide new ideas and strategies for the control of plant fungal diseases. In this paper, the research progress in fungal effectors was reviewed, and the emphasis was focused on the new findings on the theory basis of the interactions between fungal pathogens and their host plants, translocation and functional mechanism of fungal effectors. Finally, several important future directions in fungal effectors were discussed.
