聚乙二醇(PEG)模拟干旱对烟草幼苗抗旱能力的影响

摘要 以烤烟品种云烟99为材料,研究了不同浓度聚乙二醇(PEG)处理烟草幼苗根系及大田期农艺性状的影响。结果表明:低浓度PEG处理能显著促进烟草幼苗根系侧根的发生,与对照常规炼苗相比较,PEG浓度为2.5%处理烟草根系生物量和根系一级侧根的长度和数量均显著增加,浓度为5%和断水处理的烟草根系一级侧根的数量显著增加;与对照常规炼苗相比较,不同PEG浓度处理的烟草根系二级侧根密度均显著增加。由此推断,短期的干旱胁迫促进了烟草侧根的发生和伸长。 Using the flue-cured tobacco variety Yunyan 99 as the material,the effect of different concentrations of PEG on root growth and agronomic characters of field condition in tobacco seedling were studied. The results showed that low concentration of PEG could significantly enhance the lateral rooting. Compared with the control,biomass and first lateral root length and quantity were significantly increased under 2.5% PEG treatment, first lateral root quantity was significantly increased under5 % PEG treatment and controlled water application treatment.Compared with the control, second lateral root density were significantly increased under 2.5% and 5% PEG treatment. It is concluded that short-term drought could promote lateral root initiation and elongation.
