摘要
为适应我们国家和社会的发展需要,高等学校已把具有新精神的高层次人才作为其人才培养的战略目标。我校在研究生创新能力培养过程中不断探索、敢于创新,就研究生如何顺利完成角色转变、打好科研基础、培养创新能力、制定个性化培养方案、年轻导师负责制以及研究生导师开展教学改革、加强学术交流、限制招生等方面的探索实践进行了阐述,介绍研究生创新能力培养模式的体会。
In order to meet the needs of the development of the state and society, it is aimed to train thehigh level creative talents with innovative spirit as the strategic objectives in colleges and universities.In the course of the cultivation of graduate students＇ innovation ability, teachers of our school haveconstantly explored and innovated such that graduate students successfully complete the role change,laying the scientific research foundation, cultivating the innovation ability, developing personalizedtraining programs, young mentor responsibility system, and graduate tutor carry out teaching re-form, strengthening academic exchange, limiting enrollment.
