穴位按摩防治腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者苏醒期躁动及其疼痛效果 被引量：9

摘要 目的:探讨并分析穴位按摩对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者苏醒期躁动及其疼痛的影响。方法:采用随机数字表法将我院收治的120例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者分为A组(60例)和B组(60例)。对比分析两组患者术后疼痛程度及其躁动评分。结果:B组患者术后疼痛程度及其躁动程度明显轻于A组患者(P<0.05)。B组患者手术满意度明显高于A组患者(P<0.05)。结论:穴位按摩显著减少/减轻腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者苏醒期躁动及其术后疼痛,对患者手术满意度也有提高。
