摘要
目的探寻隐球菌性脑膜炎小鼠模型中脑组织血管内皮生长因子受体(vascular endothelial growth factor recepter,VEGFR)在感染隐球菌后的变化规律。方法通过尾静脉接种隐球菌菌悬液的方法构建中枢神经系统隐球菌感染小鼠模型(n=30)为实验组,根据模型建立后5个时间点(6h、12h、24h、48h、72h)分为5组,每组6只;对照组(n=6)尾静脉接种等量生理盐水。采用Western blotting技术测定小鼠脑组织中VEGFR1和VEGFR2蛋白。结果实验组小鼠脑组织中VEGFR1和VEGFR2蛋白测定结果与对照组相比有下降,差别有统计学意义。结论隐球菌性脑膜炎小鼠感染隐球菌后脑组织VEGFR表达下调,可能是隐球菌感染致脑水肿的继发保护机制。
Objective To investigate the expression changes of the vascular endothelial growth-factor receptors(VEGFR)in the mice brain tissus after being infected by Cryptococcus neoformans.Methods Test group mice(n=30)were injected with Cryptococcus neoformans via the tail vein,while control group mice(n=6)received saline.Western blotting technology was used in 6h,12 h,24h,48 h,72hto detect VEGFR1 and VEGFR2expression changes in mice brain tissus.Rusluts Compared with the control group,VEGFR1 and VEGFR2protein expressions in the test group were down.There was significant difference between the test group and control group(P〈0.05).Conclusions VEGFR might play protective role in brain edema caused by cryptococcal meningitis.
