摘要
目的探讨品管圈活动(QCC)在老年阿尔茨海默症患者护理管理中的应用效果。方法将89例老年阿尔茨海默症患者按照随机数字法分为对照组(n=44)与观察组(n=45),对照组采用常规护理管理方法,观察组在此基础上采用QCC管理。比较两组疗效。结果 1两组患者护理后MMSE与ADL量表评分均显著高于护理前(P<0.05),且观察组患者护理后上述评分均显著高于对照组护理后(P<0.05);2两组患者护理后PSP量表各维度评分均显著高于护理前(P<0.05),观察组患者护理后上述各维度评分均显著高于对照组护理后(P<0.05);3观察组走失率为2.22%(1/45),显著低于对照组(11.36%,5/44)(P<0.05)。结论 QCC在老年阿尔茨海默症患者护理管理中的应用效果显著,可有效降低患者住院走失率。
Objective To study the application effect of quality control circle in the senile patients with Alzheimer＇s dis- ease and research on effect of it on reducing the hospitalization lost rate of patients with dementia. Methods 89 cases of se- nile patients with Alzheimer＇s disease were randomly divided into two groups, the control group （44 cases） adopted the rou- tine nursing management method, while the observation group adopted the QCC management on the basis of the control group, and the curative effect of the two groups was compared. Results ①The MMSE and ADL scale scores after nursing of the two groups were obviously higher than those before nursing, P〈0.05, and the after nursing, the above scores in the ob- servation group were obviously higher than those in the control group, P〈0.05. ②After nursing, the scores of various dimen- sions in PSP scale of the two groups after nursing were obviously higher than those before nursing, P〈0.05, and the scores of various dimensions in PSP scale in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group, P〈0.05. ③ The lost rate in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group, [2.22%（1/45） vs 11.36% ,5/44]], P〈0.05. Conclusion The application effect of QCC in the nursing management of senile patients with Alzheimer＇s disease is obvious, which can effectively reduce the hospitalization lost rate of patients.
