摘要
目的探究耳鼻喉科护理质量控制以及安全管理问题。方法择取2015年4—6月该院耳鼻喉科收治的住院治疗患者82例作为研究对象,运用随机数字表法将其分为研究组和参照组,每组41例。参照组患者行常规护理质量控制和安全管理模式,研究组患者在总结过往实践经验基础上,通过引入全新指导理念行改良护理质量控制和安全管理模式,观察比较两组护理工作者在病房管理、消毒隔离、护理文书,以及继续教育等方面的质量水平,统计两组患者的护理不良事件发生率和护理满意度。结果研究组护理人员在病房管理、消毒隔离、护理文书,以及继续教育等方面的质量控制评分均显著高于参照组,研究组患者的护理不良事件发生率显著低于参照组,研究组患者的护理满意度显著高于参照组,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在总结以往工作经验并结合患者具体情况条件下行改良护理质量控制和安全管理,能够有效改善护理工作人员的质量控制评分水平,降低患者的护理不良事件发生率,提升患者的护理满意度和生活质量,值得在临床实践中予以推广运用。
Objective To study the nursing quality control and safety management issues in the department of otorhinolaryngology. Methods 82 cases of inpatients admitted and treated in the department of otorhinolaryngology in our hospital from April 2015 to June 2015 were selected as the research objects, and randomly divided into two groups with 41 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine nursing quality control and safety management mode, the research group adopted the modified nursing quality control and safety management model by introducing the new guidance idea on the basis of summarizing the past practice experience, and the quality levels in the ward management, disinfection and isolation, nursing documentation and continuing education, and the incidence rate of nursing adverse events and nursing satisfactory degree of the two groups were counted. Results The quality control scores in the ward management, disinfection and isolation, nursing documentation and continuing education in the research group were obviously higher than those in the control group, and the incidence rate of nursing adverse events in the research group was obviously lower than that in the control group, and the nursing satisfactory degree in the research group was obviously higher than that in the control group, and the differences between groups had statistical significance, P〈0.05. Conclusion The modified nursing quality control and safety management combined with the specific conditions and summary of past work experience can effectively improve the quality control score level of nursing work staff, reduce the incidence rate of nursing adverse events and improve the nursing satisfactory degree and quality of life of patients, which is worth promotion and application in clinical practice.
