摘要
CDIO培养模式为我国"卓越计划"的实施提供了很好的框架和理念。针对网络工程专业的"卓越工程师"培养问题,结合CDIO工程教育理念,建立了以实际工程为背景,以项目为驱动的培养模式,研究和探讨了改革课程体系和课程内容、改革教学组织形式和教学方法、建设工科教师队伍方面的具体实施措施,从而培养学生的系统工程技术能力、沟通组织协调能力和自学创新能力,满足社会需要,促进行业发展。
CDIO training mode provides a good framework and philosophy for"Excellence Engineer Plan"of China.For cultivating excellent engineers of Network Engineering major,aproject-driven training mode under the background of actual engineering was built which was based on CDIO.Definite steps were proposed including how to reform the curriculum structure and course content,reform the teaching organization and teaching methods,construct the engineering faculty.As a result,the students' engineering and technology skills,communication skills and innovative abilities are promoted which could meet the social requirement and promote the industrial development.
