摘要
依据乌山铜钼矿的矿石性质、建设规模、工艺流程特点选择高效节能的浮选设备,特别是在乌山一期首次成功应用160 m3浮选机基础之上,对二期320 m3特大型浮选机以及浮选系统进行全面优化设计,对中矿泵选型计算、配置等情况进行了深入研究,对工艺配置进行了创新设计,成功地解决了浮选机运行中出现的问题。这些改进措施保证了浮选系统运行的稳定,取得了理想的效果。
According to the characteristics of the ore,construction scale and the technological process of Wushan Copper-molybdenum Mine,flotation equipment with high efficiency and energy saving is selected. A comprehensive optimization design of 320 m3 super large-scale flotation machine and flotation system for phase Ⅱwas carried out on the basis of first successful application of 160 m3 flotation machine in phaseⅠ. The pump selection calculation,configuration and so on were studied in depth,Innovative design of process configuration. The solution to the problems in the operation of flotation machine is solved. These improved measures ensure the stability of the flotation system,and have achieved the desired results.
