摘要
重力选矿是回收煤矸石中黄铁矿的有效方法,采用实验室摇床对-2mm经跳汰初步富集的煤矸石样品进行黄铁矿可选性试验,研究。表明,晋城王台矿区的高硫煤矸石,通过摇床粗选加扫选流程,可从高硫煤矸石中分选出品位大于32%的合格硫精矿,其总产率为50%左右,硫的回收率达75%以上。
Gravity separation is an effective method to retrieve pyrite from coal gangue. The study is a pyrite washability experiment using laboratory shaking table on coal gangue samples which have been enriched after jig. The results show in high-sulfur gangue of Wangtai Mine, Jincheng, qualified sulfur concentrate(〉32% ) can be separated by shaking table's roughing and tailing process. Its total yield rate is around 50% and sulfur recovery rate is more than 75%.
