复杂地形环境下超大轨距高架门式起重机安装技术研究 被引量:7

摘要 阜阳市向阳路颍河大桥主桥为三跨下承式梁拱组合体系拱桥,主桥采用跨桥门式起重机逐节段拼装的施工方案。根据施工方案及主桥桥型构造,起吊设备采用起升高度15 m、轨距45 m和起升高度40 m、轨距45 m的门式起重机各1台。结合主桥桥位处地形复杂的实际情况,研究超大轨距高架门式起重机关键安装技术,介绍轨道支架设计、采用大型汽车吊拼装支腿、主梁等工艺流程及安装相关注意事项。实践证明,该安装技术是可行的,可为类似门式起重机安装提供参考。 The main part of Yinghe Bridge on Xiangyang Road of Fuyang is a composite system bridge with three-span through beam and arch bridge, the construction scheme of segmental assembling with cross-bridge gantry crane is used for the main bridge. According to the construction scheme and the main bridge structure, two portal cranes are used as the lift- ing equipment separately with 15 m rise height, 45 m gauge and 40 m lifting height, 45 m gauge. Combined with the actual situation of the main bridge' s complex terrain, this paper made a research on the key installation technology of large gauge gantry crane, and introduced the rail bracket design, technological process of assembling outriggers and main girders by the large truck crane and notice items of the installation. Practice had proved that the installation technology was feasible and could provide a reference for similar portal crane installation.
