内河船厂大轨距门式起重机坞口安装技术

摘要 受内河船厂坞口码头的靠驳条件和桥梁通航高度的制约,大轨距门式起重机无法采用大型运输船整机运输,而且大型浮吊无法到达现场直接吊装。根据大吨位、大轨距门式起重机的安装特点,设计了一种新的安装方法,并详细介绍了其关键工艺。通过与传统塔架提升安装方案对比,介绍了坞口安装技术的效益优势,对内河船厂类似门式起重机的安装具有指导意义。 Limited by the berthing condition at the dock terminal of inland river shipyard and navigation height of the bridge, the large-gauge gantry crane fails to be transported by large-scale transport ship, and large-scale floating crane cannot get to the site for the hoisting. Based on the installation characteristics of large-tonnage, large-gauge gantry crane, a new installation method is designed in the paper, with detailed introduction to its key technologies. Compared with traditional tower lifting installation scheme, the paper introduces the benefit advantages of dock installation technology, which provides guidance to installation of similar gantry cranes in the inland river shipyard,
