摘要
目的比较ELISA法检测降钙素原和免疫荧光层析法检测降钙素原结果的一致性,为合理选择降钙素原检测方法提供实验依据。方法应用ELISA法检测降钙素原和免疫荧光层析法检测降钙素对87例临床标本进行检测,通过直接比较和计算结果判断检测结果的一致性。结果 87例标本中两种方法结果的符合率89.3%。结论两种不同检测降钙素原的方法具有一定的可比性,可以根据临床需要选择不同的检测方法。
Objective To compare the result consistency of ELISA method and immunofluorescence chromatography in testing procalcitonin and provide the experimental basis for rational choice of procalcitonin test methods. Methods The pro-calcitonin of 87 cases of clinical specimens were detected by the ELISA method and immunofluorescence chromatogra-phy, and the consistency of test results was determined by the direct comparison and result calculation. Results The coinci-dence rate of two methods of 87 cases of specimens was 89.3%. Conclusion The two different methods of testing procalci-tonin have a certain comparability, and we can select the different test methods according to the clinical needs.
