Effects of Different Cropping Patterns on Soil Microorganisms in Tobacco Rhizosphere,Soil Nutrients and Quality of Flue-cured Tobacco Leaves

摘要 为探究合适的烤烟种植模式,研究了烟田连作、轮作和套作3种种植模式对烤烟根际土壤微生物、土壤养分和烤后烟叶质量的影响。结果表明,轮作和套作的土壤微生物总数高于连作,土壤养分也较连作更加均衡,烟叶的主要化学成分和物理特性都优于连作烤烟。其中甘薯可以作为烤烟较好的套作对象,玉米则可以作为烤烟轮作周期中较适宜的前茬作物,辣椒和大豆为不适宜前作。 In order to explore the suitable planting pattern for flue-cured tobacco, the effects of different cropping patterns on rhizosphere soil microorganisms, soil nutrients and quality of flue-cured tobacco were studied in the present experiment. Three cropping patterns were adopted which were continuous cropping, rotational cropping and intercropping. The results showed t,hat the total number of soil microorganisms in rotational cropping and intercropping was higher than that in continuous cropping, and the soil nutrient in rotational cropping and intercropping was also more balanced than that in continuous cropping, the main chemical components and physical properties of tobacco were better than that of continuous tobacco cropping. The sweet potato could serve as an appropriate intercropping crop of flue-cured tobacco, and the corn could be a suitable preceding crop in the rotation period of the flue-cured tobacco. But the Pepper and the Soybean were not suitable preceding crops.
