摘要
Adopting the advanced management methods,the national project305has had its systematic and characteristic man-agement mode,which is marked by a dominant and efficient management mode integrating contract objective management with dynamic process management.A dynamic management mode with the combination of rolling plan management,full-scale quality control and economic lever,it has been promoting the industrialization of scientific achievements and is worthy to be spread.
