超声联合中药促进颅内血肿吸收疗效观察

摘要 目的探讨脑出血肿患者采用超声联合中药促进血肿吸收的疗效观察。方法对临床72例脑出血患者随机分两组,对两组观察血肿量的治疗前后对比、血肿变化进行分析。结果治疗后治疗组患者肢体功能提高较对照组明显,Brunnstrom分期均在Ⅱ~Ⅴ期,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。治疗组血肿吸收速度加快。结论治疗剂量超声波联合中药作用于脑组织,改善局部脑微循环和脑组织血供,调节吞噬细胞功能,激活神经元,促进损伤后脑组织修复和神经功能的恢复。 Objective To investigate the effect of ultrasound combined with traditional Chinese medicine on promoting hematoma absorption in patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 72 cases of clinical cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups,the hematoma volume before and after treatment were compared,hematoma changes were analyzed. Results After treatment,the limb function of the patients in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and brunnstrom staging was between Ⅱ~Ⅴ stage,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.01). The rate of hematoma absorption in the treatment group was significantly accelerated. Conclusion Ultrasound combined with traditional Chinese medicine on the brain tissue,improve local cerebral microcirculation and brain blood supply,regulation of phagocytic cell function,activation of neurons,promote brain injury after injury and recovery of nerve function.
