摘要
目的:观察超声波和中频电对人体机化血肿的治疗效果。方法:将239例机化血肿患者按数字法随机分为超声波治疗组及中频电治疗组,15次为1疗程,2疗程后进行疗效评定、统计学处理。结果:超声波治疗组疗效优于中频电治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:超声波治疗人体机化血肿疗效优于中频电,是治疗机化血肿的好方法。
Objective： To observe the effect of ultrasonic wave therapy on organization hematoma of human bodies. Methods： 239 cases of organization hematoma were ramdomly divided into the ultrasonic wave therapy group and the medium frequency electrotherapy group according to the digital method, 15 times of treatment were considered as a course of treatment. After 2 courses of treatment, the efficacy was assessed and statistically processed. Results： The curative effect of the therapy group was better than that of the intermediate frequency electrotherapy group, which was of statistically significance （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： The ultrasonic wave treatment of human organization hematoma is better than intermediate frequency electrotherapy, it is a good way in treating hematoma.
