摘要
目的研究苓桂术甘汤合吴茱萸汤加减治疗脾肾阳虚型眩晕的临床效果。方法从2014年3月~2016年5月收治的脾肾阳虚型眩晕患者中抽取82例进行研究,使用数字随机法分为对照组和观察组,每组各有41例。对照组给予患者常规药物疗法,观察组则利用苓桂术甘汤合吴茱萸汤进行加减治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后生活质量、临床症状积分以及血流速度情况。结果结果显示,观察组患者治疗后的临床症状积分（12.15±1.91）分优于对照组,P〈0.05;观察组患者治疗后的血流速度数据：左椎动脉（20.29±3.56）cm/s、基底动脉（25.37±5.66）cm/s、右椎动脉（22.79±4.05）cm/s,均高于对照组患者,P〈0.05;观察组患者治疗后的生活质量量表评分为（82.50±2.93）分,高于对照组,P〈0.05。结论苓桂术甘汤合吴茱萸汤加减应用于脾肾阳虚型眩晕患者的治疗中,效果显著,能够提高患者的动脉血流速度,对其临床症状的改善有促进作用。
Objective To studuy the clinical observation of lingguishugan decoction and wuzhuyu decoction about addition and subtraction treatment of spleen and kidney yang deficiency type of vertigo. Methods In our hospital from March 2014 to May 2016,82 cases of patients with the spleen and kidney yang deficiency type vertigo were studied,using a digital method of random divided into control group and observation group,each group with 41 cases. Patients with the control group given routine drug therapy,observation group with lingguishugan decoction to add and subtract operation treatment. Observe two groups of patients＇ life quality before and after the treatment,the clinical symptom score and blood flow velocity. Results The results show that the observation group of patients after treatment of clinical symptoms（12.15±1.91）is better than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Observation group of patients after treatment the blood flow velocity of data ：the left vertebral artery（20.29±3.56）cm/s,basal artery（25.37±5.66）cm/s,right vertebral artery（22.79±4.05）cm/s,patients were significantly higher than control group（P〈0.05）. Observation group of patients after treatment for the quality of life scale score（82.50±2.93）,higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Lingguishugan decoction and wuzhuyu decoction subtraction operation is applied to the treatment of patients with spleen and kidney yang deficiency type vertigo,obvious effect,can significantly improve the patient＇s artery blood flow velocity,the clinical symptoms improved has a promoting effect,worthy of further promotion.
