摘要
目的研究护理干预对腹腔肿瘤患者手术前后焦虑的影响。方法选取2015年1月-2016年4月在我院接受治疗的88例腹腔肿瘤患者,将其简单随机分为对照组44例—给予患者使用常规护理方案和观察组44例—在对照组的基础上,给予护理干预。对比两组患者的焦虑情绪评分。结果护理后,观察组患者的焦虑情绪评分（43.31±8.65）分,低于对照组,P〈0.05。结论应用护理干预对腹腔肿瘤患者手术前后焦虑,护理效果显著。
Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on anxiety of patients with abdominal tumor before and after operation. Methods From January 2015 to April 2016,chose 88 cases of patients with abdominal tumor in our hospital. 44 cases of control group were given routine nursing care plan. Observation group of 44 cases based on the control group were given the nursing intervention. Anxiety scores were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing,the anxiety score（43.31±8.65）in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,P〈0.05. Conclusion The application of nursing intervention on anxiety in cancer patients before and after abdominal surgery,nursing effect is remarkable.
