摘要
为了制定合理的设备维修策略,准确估计备件库存数量,提出了一种基于时间相关的数控机床系统组件更换时间分析方法。以数控机床系统组件为研究对象,首先对组件故障数据进行平稳性和趋势检验,其次考虑组件间故障时间的相关性,应用Johnson法对系统组件故障时间的次序进行修正,经参数估计和假设检验建立数控机床组件的故障过程模型。然后假设各试验机床组件故障率服从正态分布,将拟合得到的正态分布置信区间下限值作为更换失效率指标,进而计算出设备的更换时间及一定时间下该组件的备件数量。最后,通过实际算例证明了该方法的有效性和实用性。
An analysis method of time-correlation is proposed. replacement time of system components of NC machine tools based on The aims are for making reasonable maintenance strategies and accurately estimating the stock of spare parts. First, taking the system components of NC machine tools as the research object, the trend and stability of the fault data are tested. Then, considering the correlation between the fault times of the components, the fauk time sequence of the system components is modified by Johnson method. The failure process model of the system components is established through parameter estimation and hypothesis testing. Assuming that the failure rate of the test machine tool components obeys normal distribution, the index of replacement failure rate is estimated by fitting the confidence interval of normal distribution's low limit. Finally, the equipment maintainable time and spare part quantity for certain time can be calculated. A case study verifies that the proposed analysis method is practicable and effective.
