摘要
目的:探究甘露饮合三才封髓丹治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法:对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组给予甘露饮合三才封髓丹治疗,观察对比两组临床疗效和病情复发情况。结果:1个疗程后,观察组总有效率为95.3%,明显高于对照组的76.7%,P<0.05;观察随访1、3、6个月,观察组复发率分别为4.9%、9.8%、12.2%,分别低于对照组的18.2%、27.3%、51.5%,P<0.05。结论:对复发性口腔溃疡患者予以甘露饮合三才封髓丹治疗,可取得满意的临床疗效,有助于改善临床症状,并可减少病情复发。
Objective： To investigate clinical efficacy of Ganlu Yin plus Sancai Fengsui Dan on recurrent oral ulcers. Methods： The control group was given conventional western medicine; and the observation group was given Ganlu Yin plus Sancai Fengsui Dan. Efficacy and recurrence rate in two groups were compared. Results： In 1 course, the total efficiency was 95.3% in the observation group, higher than 76.7% in the control group （P〈0.05）. Followed-up for 1, 3, 6 months, recurrence rates were 4.9%, 9.8% and 12.2% respectively in the observation group, lower than 18.2%, 27.3% and 51.5% in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Ganlu Yin plus Sancai Fengsui Dan on recurrent oral ulcers shows a good effect, with less recurrence rate.
