摘要
本文以ISO9000族标准为基本研究思路,以世界通行的"标准—检查—处罚"管理模式为参考,通过对电商商业模式的分析,构建以第三方质量监管和质量信用为核心的质量监管体系,形成以政府、网络商品经营者、网络服务经营者全过程三级商品质量监管模型,以期有效控制商品质量,规范竞争,促进电商行业健康有序的发展。
Based on the ISO 9000 series standards and management model of standard-inspectionpunishment, the third party quality supervision and credit quality as the core of the quality supervision system has been established by the analysis of E-commerce business model. In order to effectively control the quality of goods, regulate competition, and promote the healthy and orderly development of E-commerce industry, the three-level product quality supervision model for government, E-commerce sales and E-commerce service provider has been formed.
