摘要
学生思想政治教育工作是高校众多工作中的重要一环,关系到高校育人质量。学生思想政治教育工作的开展必须依据高校类型的不同及学生的特点,有针对性地进行。体育院校及其大学生不同与综合性院校及其大学生,有其特殊性,学生思想政治教育工作的实施必须因材施教。而青年教师参与学生思想政治教育工作,则是形成体育院校全校育人、全员育人和全过程育人的学生思想政治教育工作格局的重要举措。
The ideological and political education of the students is an important part of the numerous work in colleges and universities, related to the quality of college education. The development of ideological and political education must be based on the different types of college and the characteristics of the students. Physical education colleges and their students are different from comprehensive colleges and their students, which have their special. The implementation of the ideological and political education must be in accordance with their aptitude. The young teachers to participate in the ideological and political education of students, is the formation of sports colleges throughout the school education, full of education and the whole process of ideological and political education of students in the work of an important measure.
