摘要
从我国人类精子库的伦理管理现状出发,分析了我国精子库目前存在"精荒"严重、"法制"欠缺以及伦理监管不足的现状,并提出相应对策:建立相应有效措施,加强人类精子库伦理管理,尊重捐精者保密范畴的选择权,建立全国精子库信息查询系统,加强对捐受精者的伦理教育等。
Starting from the present situation of ethics management of human sperm bank in our country,this paper analyzed the problems of serious sperm shortage,lack of legal institution,and insufficient ethical supervision,and then put forward corresponding countermeasures： establishing corresponding effective measures,strengthening ethics management of human sperm bank,respecting to the selection right of sperm donors in the scope of confidentiality,establishing a national human sperm bank information query system,strengthening ethical education for sperm donors,and so on.
