摘要
目的调查了解不同年龄大学生对捐精的知识、态度、行为现况及其精液质量状况,为在该人群中开展有针对性的供精志愿者的招募工作提供初步参考依据。方法对不同年龄大学生发放《捐精行为调查问卷》并作精液质量分析。结果回收有效问卷267份,采集精液样本82份。问卷调查结果显示年龄低于22岁,尤其是20～21岁组对捐精行为及精子库的认知、心理承受能力与≥22岁组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);精液质量分析表明20～21岁与≥22岁组的精液参数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针对当前国内精源短缺的困难,建议相关职能部门适当放宽对捐精者年龄的限制。
Objective To investigate the current status of knowledge, attitudes and practices（KAP） towards sperm donation and preliminary analysis of semen quality among college students of different ages and to provide preliminary references for recruitment of sperm donors among those. Methods Anonymous - questionnaire survey was conducted among college students of different ages and the semen samples were analyzed by computer - assisted self assessment（CASA）. Results The data from totally 267 valid questionnaires and semen samples of 82 semen donors with ages over 18 year - old among college students were collected and analyzed in the study from Hubei Sperm Bank. The difference on KAP results of valid questionnaires done by college students with sperm donation and most sperm routine parameters were no significant between over 22 - year - old group and under 22 - years - old group, especially in 20 - 21 - year - old group （P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion To release current difficulties of sperm shortage, the study results suggest that the age of sperm donors could be appropriately earlier.
