摘要
实践能力培养是专业学位硕士研究生教育特色之一,结合国家"特需项目"环境工程专硕试点项目的实施,在分析专硕研究生培养模式和工程实践能力内涵的基础上,构建了"1234"(一主线、两平台、三阶段、四机制)专硕研究生实践能力培养模式,并从课程体系、实践平台、双师型导师、保障监控机制等方面进行了实践探索,为环境工程领域专业硕士研究生实践能力提升提供参考和借鉴.
The practice the implementation situation ability training is one of the training characteristics of professional master. Based on of pilot project about environmental engineering specialty, the practical ability culti- rating model of professional master ( the model can be summarized as a mainline, two platforms, three stages, four mechanisms)was constructed on the basis of analyzing on graduate cultivating model and engineering practice ability. The practical exploration of the course system and practical platform and double - quality teacher and mo- nitoring mechanism could provide reference for promoting practical ability of professional master.
