摘要
东南亚闽侨创立厦门老字号"淘化大同"食品生产企业,在国内与国际发展道路不同。自近代"淘化大同"实施全球化发展,将传统文化因素参与市场配置,实现闽南传统习俗在不同社会和地理空间的迁移,历史上闽侨的商业网络把中国与丝路沿线国家和地区串联成一个休戚与共的文化空间,东南亚闽侨民俗与文化空间拓展研究,对推动实现21世纪中国与新海丝干线国家和地区的共同发展和繁荣,具有现实意义。
Xiamen Taohua Datong Food Co. Ltd was founded by an oversea Fujian immigrant in Southeast Asia. As a time-honored brand, it has undergone different periods of development in the do- mestic and overseas market.Since the 20th century, Taohua Datong has been aiming at a global mar- ket and allocating the market accordingly in view of the traditional culture. It has succeeded in transi- ting the traditional customs of South Fujian area to different societies and geographical areas. The bus- iness network of overseas Fujian immigrants has been conducive to connecting all the countries and ar- eas along the silk road together as an interdependent cultural space. It is of great realistic significance to conduct studies on the folklore of overseas Fujian immigrants in Southeast Asia and the expansion of cultural space, which will help to achieve the common prosperity of China and all the countries and areas along the eastern maritime Silk Roads in the 21st century.
