摘要
目前,我国建设现代职业教育体系的政策窗口正在打开。2010年以来,我国共颁布100余份有关职业教育的政策文件;21世纪以来,德国、美国、英国纷纷修订职业教育法。职业教育发展的国内外政策探索,为我国建设现代职业教育体系奠定了良好的政策基础。为促进现代职业教育体系的体制与机制创新,应明确职业教育的法律地位、建立校企合作的保障制度、突破职校毕业生出口限制、健全职教监督和执法制度。
In the new period, policy window is open. Since 2010, the construction of modern vocational education system China have also promulgated more than 100 policy docu- ments about vocational education; since the 21st century, Germany, the United States and Britain have revised their vocational education laws. The policy exploration of vocational ed- ucation development home and abroad has laid a good foundation for constructing the modern vocational education system. In order to promote innovation of system and mechanism of modern vocational education, it should make clear the legal status of vocational education, improve its supervision and law enforcement system, establish guarantee system of school- enterprise cooperation, break through vocational school graduates export restrictions, and consummate the supervision and law enforcement system.
