摘要
目的探究益气补肾活血中药联合伏九天穴位贴敷治疗小儿哮喘的临床疗效。方法选择2014年3月—2016年3月期间来我院治疗的220例小儿哮喘患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,各110例。实验组患者采用益气补肾活血中药联合伏九天穴位贴敷的方案进行治疗,对照组患者仅给予益气补肾活血中药治疗。比较2组患者的临床疗效。结果经过治疗,实验组患者临床控制45例,显效50例,有效7例,无效8例,总有效率92.7%,显著高于对照组(总有效率为78.2%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,2组患者的ET-1、NO与CEC的水平以及中医证候积分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1个月、12个月后,2组患者的ET-1、NO的水平以及中医证候积分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),但实验组患者的ET-1、NO的水平以及中医证候积分较对照组患者下降更为显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组患者的CEC水平较治疗前差异性较小(P>0.05),且组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论益气补肾活血中药联合伏九天穴位贴敷治疗方案可有效降低哮喘患儿的ET-1、NO水平,达到提高临床疗效的目的,具有较高临床价值高。
Objective To explore the yiqi kidney invigorate the circulation of TCM fell nine days acupoint sticking therapy clinical curative effect of pediatric asthma. Methods March 2014-March 2016 to our hospital during the period of treatment of 220 cases of pediatric asthma,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,110 cases each. The experimental group were treated by yiqi kidney invigorate the circulation of Chinese traditional medicine joint fu nine days acupoint sticking solution treatment,control group patients give only yiqi kidney invigorate the circulation of Chinese traditional medicine treatment. Compare the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients. Results After treatment,the clinical control of 45 patients with experimental group,50 cases were markedly effective,effective 7 cases,8 no effect,the total effective rate was 92. 7%,significantly higher than that of control group（ the total effective rate was 78. 2%）,with significant difference（ P〈 0. 05）; ET-1 before the treatment,two groups of patients,the levels of NO and CEC and TCM syndrome integral without difference（ P〉 0. 05）; 1 months and 12 months after treatment,two groups of patients,the levels of NO and ET-1 TCM syndrome integral were significantly lower than before treatment（ P〈 0. 05）,but the experimental group,the levels of NO and ET-1 in patients with TCM syndrome integral down more significantly,compared with the control group patients has significant difference（ P〈 0. 05）,two groups of patients with small differences between CEC levels than before treatment（ P〉 0. 05）,and the comparison between groups have NO obvious difference（ P〉 0. 05）. Conclusion The yiqi kidney invigorate the circulation of TCM fu days acupoint sticking solution treatment of infantile asthma,not only can significantly improve the clinical curative effect,but also can reduce ET-1,NO level and TCM syndrome integral,is a kind of high feasibility and obvious therapeutic treatment.
