摘要
目的探讨在小儿哮喘发作期实施大青龙汤加减治疗的临床疗效。方法方便选取福建省中医药大学附属第二人民医院儿科和东二环分院儿科2016年7月—2017年6月间60例支气管哮喘发作期患儿实施研究,实施随机数表分组:常规组(n=30)、中药组(n=30),常规组采取复方异丙托溴铵溶液雾化吸入治疗,中药组在常规组基础上另采取大青龙汤加减治疗,对比不同方案的治疗效果。结果中医组治疗后喘息积分(1.1±0.6)分、咳嗽积分(1.2±0.6)分、哮鸣音积分(0.9±0.5)分、总有效率93.3%、FEV1(2.4±0.3)L、PEF昼夜变异率(12.1±1.1)%较常规组(2.1±0.5)分、(2.3±0.6)分、(1.9±0.8)分、66.7%、(1.9±0.2)L、(17.5±2.1)%明显改善(t=14.026、7.100、5.806,P=0.000;X^2=6.667,P=0.000;t=7.596、12.476,P=0.000)。结论在小儿哮喘发作期实施大青龙汤加减治疗可达到良好的疗效。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Daqinglong Decoction in the treatment of asthma attacks in children. Methods A total of 60 children with bronchial asthma who were admitted to the Department of Pediatrics and Second East Ring Hospital of the Second People’s Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July2016 to June 2017 were convenient selection and enrolled in the study, Chinese medicine group(n=30), the conventional group(n=30) was treated with compound ipratropium bromide solution, and the Chinese medicine group was treated with Daqinglong Decoction on the basis of the conventional group to compare the therapeutic effects of different regimens. Results After treatment, the Chinese medicine group scored(1.1±0.6)points, cough score(1.2±0.6)points, wheezing score(0.9±0.5)points, total effective rate 93.3%, FEV1(2.4±0.3)L, PEF diurnal variation rate(12.1±1.1)% was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(2.1±0.5),(2.3±0.6)points,(1.9±0.8)points, 66.7%,(1.9±0.2)L,(17.5±2.1)%, significantly improved(t =14.026、7.100、5.806, P =0.000; X^2=6.667 P =0.000; t =7.596、12.476,P =0.000). Conclusion The treatment of Daqinglong Decoction in children with asthma can achieve good results.
