摘要
在2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)和丙烯酰胺(AM)单体共聚反应过程中,引入经过油酸改性的Fe_3O_4颗粒,合成一种新型阴离子复合磁絮凝剂AMF。分析表明,Fe_3O_4以磁核的形式均匀地分散在AMF中,且AMF中含有Fe_3O_4、油酸、AMPS和AM特征吸收峰,有机物含量为70%。混凝沉淀试验结果表明,相对于阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺(APAM)和聚合氯化铝(PAC),AMF在较短的沉淀时间内取得了较高的浊度去除率。
In the reaction process of copolymerization of monomers,2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid(AMPS) and acrylamide(AM),by putting in oleic acid-modified Fe_3O_4 particles,a new type of anionic composite magnetic coagulant AMF has been synthesized. The analysis shows that Fe_3O_4 particles in form of magnetic cores are evenly dispersed in AMF,in which Fe_3O_4,oleic acid,AMPS and AM characteristic absorption peaks are contained.The organic matter content is 70%. The results of coagulation sedimentation tests show that compared with anionic polyacrylamide(APAM) and poly aluminium chloride(PAC),AMF has higher turbidity removing rate in short sedimentation time.
