摘要
结合晋中某煤层气田的智能排采项目的设计及实施过程,论述PLC与Intouch架构的控制系统硬软件组成,根据煤层气井生产的不同阶段实现对井底流压的不同形式的智能自动控制。方案结合GPRS无线通信以及MODBUSU_RTU通信协议的应用,实现井场的无人值守。论文详细阐述该控制系统在此项目中的系统配置、控制关键点等。经生产实践证明,该设计是正确有效的,满足生产和工艺的要求。
In this paper,the design and implementation process of intelligent recovery technology for Coal Bed Methane(CBM)production in Jinzhong.Discusses the PLC and Intouch structure of the control system hardware and software composition.According to different stages of CBM well production,different forms of bottom hole flowing pressure is realized by intelligent automatic control.Application of GPRS wireless communication and MODBUSU_RTU communication protocol.It realizes the wellsite unattended.The system configuration and key points of the control system are described in detail in this paper.Production practice has proved that the design is correct and effective,It satisfied with the production and thetechnology.
