摘要
研究了不同pH时尿素(U)溶液吸收不同浓度F(甲醛)废气的能力,并探讨了对吸收后反应产物的利用。研究结果表明:F的吸收率随U溶液的pH增加而降低;当吸收液中n(F)∶n(U)=0.7∶1时,低浓度(为50 mg/m^3)的F废气可通过Ⅰ级吸收处理达标(F吸收率超过70.0%),而中、高浓度(为300、1 500 mg/m^3)的F废气可通过Ⅱ级吸收处理达标,总吸收率可超过98.0%;吸收产物经适当处理后,可用作脲甲醛缓释肥。
The ability of urea(U) solution in absorbing F(formaldehyde) wastegas with different concentrations was investigated at different pH values, and the utilization of reaction products after absorption was discussed. The research results showed that the F' s removel rate was decreased with increasing pH value in U solution. The F wastegas with low concentration (50 mg/m3) could reach the standard by I-class absorption process (F's removel rate more than 70.0% ), and the F wastegas with. middle or high concentrations (300 mg/m3 or 1 500 mg/m3 ) could reach the standard by II-class absorption process, the total F's removel rate was more than 98.0% when the molar ratio of n(F) :n(U) was 0.7:1 in absorption solution. The absorption products after appropriate treatment could be used as urea-formaldehyde slow release fertilizer.
