摘要
初步探讨了改性皮胶对甲醛废气的吸附性能.采用分光光度法测定了改性皮胶对甲醛蒸气的吸附量,研究了吸附量与温度及时间的关系以及改性皮胶对甲醛的吸附和脱附机理,提出了一种改性皮胶对甲醛吸附的测定方法.结果表明:在50℃6、h的吸附条件下,改性皮胶对甲醛蒸气的吸附量最大,达53.6 mg/g;改性皮胶的粒径对甲醛吸附量的影响不太显著,这主要是由改性皮胶本身的结构所决定的;改性皮胶对甲醛的吸附主要是化学吸附,在脱附过程中,其甲醛余量与时间的关系符合Y=0.012 1X+0.004 8,相关系数R2=0.991 4.改性皮胶对甲醛废气具有较好的吸附效果.
The absorption of modify hide glue on formaldehyde gas was researched. Amount of formaldehyde vapor adsorbed by modify hide glue determined by spectrophotometry and the relations among adsorption amount, time and temperature were studied. Furthermore, the mechanism of formaldehyde adsorption and desorption on modify hide glue was discussed and the measuring method of formaldehyde adsorption was established. The results showed that, under the adsorption condition of 50℃ and 6 h, the adsorption amount of formaldehyde on modify hide gluemaximal, up to 53.6 mg/g. Modify hide glue has some effects on amount of formaldehyde adsorption but not obvious, which is mainly caused by its microstructure. The adsorption is mainly chemisorption, so the desorption happens quite easily. In the process of desorption, the relation between the residual of formaldehyde and time follows the equation Y=0. 011 5X+0. 004 3 , at correlative coefficient R2 =0. 987 4. The modify hide glue has good absorptive effect to formaldehyde gas.
