介绍了燃料电池电动车的研究与发展 ,评述了在燃料电池上甲醇水蒸气重整制氢的现实意义。重点讨论了甲醇水蒸气重整制氢催化剂体系 :铜系催化剂和贵金属系催化剂。详细介绍了铜系催化剂的开发研究现状 ,铜系催化剂的活性组分 ,以及制备工艺、活化条件、反应状况和催化剂的物理结构等因素对铜系催化剂性能的影响。阐述了贵金属催化剂的研究现状以及甲醇水蒸气重整制氢新型催化剂的开发。评述了甲醇水蒸气重整制氢的反应机理和反应动力学的研究现状。
The practical significance of hydrogen production by methanol steam reforming for fuel cell is reviewed. The catalyst systems, such as copper system and noble metal system, for hydrogen production by methanol steam reforming are especially discussed. The state of art of R&D and the active component of copper catalyst system are introduced in details as well as the effects of preparation techology, activation condition, reaction condition and physical structure on its properties. The R&D status of noble metal catalyst and the de velopment of new catalysts for hydrogen production by methanol steam reforming are also described. Moreover, the R&D of reaction mechanism and reaction kinetic of hydrogen production by methanol steam reforming are evaluated.
