摘要
目的了解宁夏科技工作者超重、高血压病、糖尿病等主要慢性病的患病情况,分析疾病流行特点及影响因素。方法采集2014年宁夏12家单位及2015年11家单位的在职和离退休高级职称职工在宁夏体检中心的健康体检数据信息,对体检内容包括既往史、体质量指数(BMI)、血压、心电图、彩超、血脂、血糖、体检结果等项目进行数据分析。结果此人群2014年及2015年总超重率,分别为51.00%、53.30%,其中男性超重率分别为61.20%、64.3%,女性超重率分别为35.55%、36.83%,男性超重率显著高于女性(P<0.05);2014年与2015年9种常见慢性病中至少患有1种的患病率分别为71.47%、72.69%。2014年体检人员中血脂异常、脂肪肝、高血压病、糖尿病和冠心病的各年龄组患病率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2015年脂肪肝、高血压病、糖尿病、冠心病和动脉粥样硬化各年龄组患病率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2014年血脂异常、高血压病、脂肪肝、糖尿病和冠心病,男性和女性间患病率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),男性的发病率均高于女性;2015年血脂异常、动脉粥样硬化、高血压病、脂肪肝、糖尿病、冠心病和慢性阻塞性肺病,男性和女性间患病率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),男性高于女性。结论宁夏科技工作者的超重、慢性病患病问题不容乐观,需加大对其慢性病的防治力度,结合不同特征人群采取有针对性的防治措施。
Objective To find out the population g nutrition healthy status and the prevalence rate of overweight, hypertension, diabetes and other major chronic diseases in the scientific and technological workers in Ningxia, and analyzed the prevalence and impact factors of these diseases. Methods 3419 current and retired senior title of professional staffs'data and information about the physical ex- amination were collected at Ningxia medical center between 2014 and 2015. Then the data and information (previous history, BMI, blood pressure, electrocardiography, color Doppler ultrasound, blood lipid, blood sugar, the result of a medical) were analyzed. Results The in- cidence of overweight of staffs was respectively 51.00% and 53.30% in 2014 and 2015. The rate of overweight in male was 61.20% and 64.3% ,respectively. The rate of overweight in female was 35.55% and 36.83%. The rate of overweight in male was significantly higher than that in female (P 〈 0.05). The prevalence rate of one in nine common chronic diseases on 2014 and 2015 was 71.47% and 72.69% , respectively. The prevalence rate of dyslipidemia ,fatty liver, high blood pressure, diabetes and coronary heart disease among all age groups in 2014 was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05 ). The prevalence rate of fatty liver, high blood pressure, diabetes and coronary heart disease and atherosclerosis among all age groups in 2015 was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05 ). In 2014, the prevalence rate of dyslipidemia, hypertension, fatty liver disease, diabetes and coronary heart was statistically difference between men and women (P 〈 0.05 ) , the incidence of male was higher than female. In 2015, the prevalence rate of dyslipidemia, atherosclerosis, hypertension, fatty liver disease, diabetes, coronary heart disease and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were statistically difference between men and women ( P 〈 0.05 ), the incidence of male was higher than female.
