摘要 对焦化柴油进行加氢精制前化学精制处理 ,可使焦化柴油中的胶质、氧化总不溶物、烯烃等含量大幅度降低。通过实验证明 ,经化学精制后焦化柴油中胶质含量降至未处理前胶质含量的 41 .7% ,氧化总不溶物 (氧化沉渣 )降至原含量的 2 0 .88% ,碘值降至原含量的 1 5 .5 %。同时 ,化学精制后焦化柴油中所含的碱金属、重金属及半导体金属等对催化剂寿命有影响的金属含量有所降低。因此 ,对焦化柴油进行加氢前化学精制预处理是可行的 ,通过该种处理方法 ,可大大提高加氢装置处理能力 ,降低加氢装置的温升及氢耗 ,同时由于焦化柴油中所含有的对加氢催化剂有害的金属含量均有所降低 ,因此 ,可延长加氢装置的使用周期 ,提高催化剂的使用寿命。比较预处理的花费与收益 。 The each content of gum, total oxidation insoluble matters and olefins, etc, is decreased significantly by chemical treatment of coker diesel oil before hydro-refining. According to the experiment, the content of gum in coker diesel oil drops to 41.7 percent of that before treatment, as well 20.88 percent for total oxidation insoluble matters and 15.5 percent for iodonium after the chemical treatment. In the mean time, the contents of alkali metals, heavy metals, semiconductor metals etc, can be greatly reduced which can shorten the catalyst. Therefore, hydrogenation temperature and pressure are decreased by the pretreatment of coker diesel oil. Hydrogen consumption is reduced whereas hydrogenation treatment capacity is greatly increased. In addition, by using hydrogenation device, the longevity of hydrogenation catalyst can be prolonged due to the decreased contents of those metals which are harmful to the catalyst. So the method of pretreatment for coker diesel oil before hydro-refining is feasible. And through comparing its cost with the benefit, That its economic efficiency has been proved enormous.
