摘要
论述了FS化学精制剂和FS0 1络合捕集剂联合精制工艺在牡丹江炼油厂的工业应用。以催化裂化柴油为原料 ,采用FS化学精制剂和FS0 1络合捕集剂进行精制 ,考察了各项工业操作参数。结果表明 ,在剂油比为 1∶5 0 0时 ,可有效脱除柴油中的硫、氮、氧等杂原子的化合物 ,显著降低柴油中实际胶质和氧化总不溶物的含量 ,精制后柴油的各项指标均符合国家标准要求。该精制工艺简单、投资少、成本低 。
The catalytic diesel oil was refined using FS chemical refining agent and FS 01 complex collecting agent and the operation parameters were investigated.The results showed that when the mass ratio of agents and oil was 1∶500,the heterocyclic compounds of sulfur,nitrogen and oxygen in the diesel oil could be removed effectively and the contents of gum and oxidized insoluble decreased markedly.
