摘要
目的系统回顾和评价国内外护理人员地震灾害护理救援的体验。方法计算机检索护理学及医疗相关文献累计索引(cumulative index to nursing and allied health literature,CINAHL)、Medline医学文献数据库、PubMed数据库、中国学术期刊网全文数据库(China national knowledge infrastructure,CNKI)、British Nursing Index(BNI)数据库、EBSCO数据库,收集2001-2015年关于地震灾害护理救援体验的文献,根据纳入和排除标准筛选文献、提取资料,并对文献进行定性分析。结果共纳入20篇文献,主要研究内容涉及地震灾害的灾前备灾、灾时应对和灾后精神心理影响及建议。结论地震灾害护理救援体验的研究大多局限在灾时的紧急救援工作,而忽略了灾前备灾及灾后重建与恢复,灾害护理专业的发展应贯彻执行国际护理学会制定的灾害护理能力框架和世界卫生组织制定的灾害管理原则。
Objective To systematically review the earthquake rescue nursing experience in China and abroad.Methods Databases of cumulative index to nursing and allied health literature （CINAHL）, Medline, PubMed, China national knowledge infrastructure （CNKI）, British Nursing Index（BNI）from 2001- 2015 were retrieved by using inclusion and exclusion criteria.The quality of selected studies was evaluated. Results Totally 20 papers were included, which majority about preparation,coping and mental influence after disaster and suggestions.Conlcusions The disaster nursing experience is limited in emergency rescue and lack of experience in preparation and re-build after disaster.Professional development of disaster nursing should stick to International Council of Nurses framework of disaster nursing competencies and disaster management principles developed by WHO World Health Organization.
