摘要
台湾地区警察教育有一定特色,其培养目标明确,重视多元化教育和学生养成教育,把通识教育摆在重要位置,强调校园伦理规范和学生精神、品德操守的培养训练,突出警察教育实战化,广泛采用实景教学。内地警察院校可吸收借鉴其有益做法和经验,转变教育教学理念,强调品德与专业素质并重;全力推进贴近实战、服务实战的警察人才培养模式,建立健全"双向交流"制度,壮大"双师"素质教师队伍;改革警察院校招录制度,实行警察教育与警察招考录用相衔接。
Police education in Taiwan is marked with distinctive features and definite training objectives, valuing both diversified and cultivatable education. It puts liberal education in the first place and stresses campus ethics norms and students＂ spirit and moral integrity training. An excellent team of instructors has been established to highlight the actual combat teaching program and real situation teaching patterns have been widely adopted. Police education in the mainland should learn from their experience, change the teaching concept, and emphasize both moral and professional qualities. We are supposed to fully promote a poliee training mode that is approximate and offers service to the actual combat of police education by establishing and improving the ＂two-way exchange＂ system and strengthening the construction of ＂double-qualified＂ teachers. Reforms should be taken in the recruiting system of police colleges through the implementation of a convergence mechanism of police recruitment and police education.
