摘要
个案描述了一个经历过大地震的男孩,在地震过后仍然存在情绪和人际交往障碍等问题。治疗师对其进行6次音乐治疗,主要应用了支持性音乐与想象方法帮助儿童增强自我意识,从而改善他的情绪和行为,减少创伤反应。在治疗前,该患儿创伤量表中各项分值均高于同年龄的众多儿童(94分),而儿童自我意识量表则刚刚在标准值的边缘(46分,自我意识水平偏低)。治疗后,创伤量表降为78分,自我意识量表分值则升高至64分。
This case study is about the therapy on a boy who experienced the earthquake four years ago.He is still suffering from emotional and interpersonal trouble,and the therapist made 6music therapy sessions for him.The therapist mainly used supportive music and imagery method to help the kid to enhance self-concept,in order to improve his mood and behaviors and decrease his trauma reactions.Before the therapy,the child scored 94 in the trauma scale,higher than other children who at the same age.And the self-concept scale of the kid is 46points(lower than other children),just at the edge of the standard value.After the treatment,his trauma scale score reduced to 78 points and his score of self-concept scale increased to 64 points.
