摘要
目的:应用血红蛋白释放试验研究血浆代用品对红细胞是否产生影响。方法:将红细胞悬液分为三组,分别加入等体积生理盐水(normal saline,NS)、羟乙基淀粉(hydroxyethyl starch,HES)和右旋糖酐,保存2 h。利用血红蛋白释放试验(hemoglobin releasing test,HRT)比较血红蛋白(hemoglobin,Hb)释放差异,并测定相对溶解度。结果:HES组HRT电泳图谱呈现拖尾,右旋糖酐组的Hb释放量与生理盐水组比较,没有明显改变,三组的红细胞相对溶解度没有显著变化。结论:血浆代用品没有减弱Hb再释放,也没有降低红细胞破膜率。
Objective: To study whether plasma substitutes have effects on erythrocytes by using hemoglobin releasing test( HRT). Methods:Erythrocyte suspension was divided into three groups. Each group was respectively added in the equal volume of normal saline( NS),hydroxyethyl starch( HES) and dextranum,and was preserved for 2 hours. HRT was adopted to compare the differences of the releasing hemoglobin( Hb) and to determine the relative solubility. Results: HES group exhibited tailing grape in HRT electrophoretogram. There were no significant changes in the releasing Hb amount between normal saline group and dextranum group,and there were no significant changes among the three groups in relative solubility. Conclusion: Plasma substitutes reduce neither Hb release nor the rupture rate of erythrocyte.
