应用血红蛋白释放试验研究维生素C对红细胞氧化损伤的保护作用 被引量:3

摘要 为了研究维生素C对氧化损伤红细胞的保护作用,用终浓度为0、2.5、5、10、20、40mL/L的过氧化氢(H2O2)溶液处理等体积维生素C作用后红细胞悬液(维生素C保护组)和维生素C未作用红细胞悬液(对照组),测定红细胞相对溶解度和高铁血红蛋白(MetHb)含量,并用血红蛋白释放试验比较血红蛋白(Hb)释放差异。结果表明,维生素C保护组Hb释放量和相对溶解度均明显低于对照组(P<0.001),MetHb含量虽然低于对照组(P<0.05),但与H2O2浓度无相关性。说明维生素C对红细胞膜氧化损伤具有保护作用,并能减弱Hb释放和MetHb的生成量。 In order to study the protective effect of vitamin C on the oxidative damage to erythrocytes,the final concentrations of 0,2.5,5,10,20,40mL/L hydrogen peroxide(H2O2)solution were used to treat same volume vitamin C treated erythrocyte suspension(vitamin C protection groups)and vitamin C untreated erythrocyte suspension(control groups).The relative solubility and met-hemoglobin(MetHb)content were measured,and the release of hemoglobin(Hb)was compared by hemoglobin release test(HRT).The results showed that the Hb release quantity and the relative solubility of vitamin C protection groups were significantly lower than those in control groups(P〈0.001),although the MetHb lower than the control groups(P〈0.05),it has no correlation with the concentration of H2O2.It showed that vitamin C has protective effects on erythrocyte membrane oxidation damage,and can decrease the amount of Hb release and MetHb formation.
