体外冲击波在心血管疾病中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 体外冲击波目前已广泛应用于泌尿系结石碎石和骨科矫形等。近年来有学者发现体外冲击波具有改善心血管缺血病变的作用。动物实验和临床研究发现,低能量的体外冲击波可以上调血管内皮生长因子的表达、促进血管新生、促进一氧化氮生成、增加局部血液灌注,显著减轻心绞痛症状,改善左室功能和重构。该文就体外冲击波的性质、生物力学作用、对心血管疾病的治疗机制、研究现状及发展前景作一简介。
