摘要
氮气储罐的设计材料为低合金高强钢Q370R。通过焊接性分析,Q370R有冷裂纹倾向,没有热裂纹和再热裂纹倾向。Q370R碳当量一般为0.42%左右,有淬硬倾向,应焊前预热。当钢板厚度超过32 mm时,焊接拘束应力增大,应进行焊后消除应力热处理。根据等强度原则选择埋弧焊焊丝H08Mn Mo A和焊条J557R做为焊接材料分别进行的焊接工艺评定的各项力学性能合格,以焊接工艺评定获得的工艺参数焊接的氮气储罐完全达到了设计要求。
Low alloy high strength steel Q370R was designed material for nitrogen storage tank.Q370R had tendency to cold crack, did not have hot crack and reheat crack tendency through analyzing the weld ability.Q370R should be preheated before welding because it has tendency to hardening for its carbon equivalent about 0.42% generally. When plate thickness was more than 32 mm,welding restraint stress increases,it should be eliminated stress heat treatment after welding. According to the equal strength principle, H08MnMoA submerged arc welding wire and electrode J557R was selected as welding material, all kinds of mechanical properties of welding procedure qualification were qualified. Nitrogen tank with welding process parameters qualified by welding procedure meet the design requirements completely.
