摘要
利用我国16家上市银行2013-2015年的相关数据,分析了上市银行内部公司治理对其社会责任履行的影响。为改善我国上市银行履行社会责任的状况,切实保护利益相关者的合法权益,针对实证结果及中国的现实状况,上市银行应更好地履行社会责任,应减少国有股的比重、合理设定董事会成员数量、增强独立董事的独立性及高薪酬激励高管。
Based on the data of 16 listed banks in China during 2013-2015, the influence of corporate governance on corporate governance of listed banks in China is analyzed.In order to improve the status of China＇s listed banks to fulfill their social responsibilities, and effectively guarantee the le- gitimate rights and interests of the stakeholders,According to the empirical results and the reality of China, listed banks should reduce the proportion of state-owned shares, reason- ably set the number of board members, and enhance the in- dependence of independent directors and high salary incen- tive executives.
