摘要
作者从企业社会责任与企业绩效的关系出发,运用博弈论的分析方法,以中国乳制品市场为例,探讨了企业社会责任对企业绩效的影响。研究结果表明:规模不同的企业承担社会责任对企业绩效的影响是不同的,处于行业优势地位的大型企业承担社会责任的短期绩效和长期绩效均大于中小型企业,中小企业选择不承担社会责任的好处远远大于承担社会责任的期望收益。
Starting from the relationship between corporate social responsibility and corporate performance, using the analysis method of game theory, taking Chinese dairy market as an example, the authors explore the effect of corporate social responsibility on corporate performance. The research result shows that enterprises with different scale taking social responsibility have different impact on enter- prise performance. The short - term and long - term performances of large - scale enterprises in the dominant position of the industry taking social responsibility are better than those of small and medium enterprises. The benefits of small and medium enterprises choosing not to take social responsibility is far greater than the expected profits in taking social responsibility.
